I believe that everybody has the right to experience the best of health and well
being that is possible for them.

I practice counselling and psychotherapy because I also believe that our emotional health profoundly affects our mental and physical well-being and quality of life.

I work with individuals, couples and groups.

I work both long term and short term (minimum 10 weeks) using a range of psychological models and theories including TA, CBT and NLP. My work is also influenced by Psychodynamic and Gestalt theory.

Counselling and Psychotherapy

I have completed a 4 year training course in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy (TA). I am a member of the European Association for Transactional Analysis and I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

I am an NLP practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and am a member of the ANLP

Eating Disorders and Obesity

I have a particular interest in abnormal eating behaviours and I hold an
Advanced Diploma in eating disorders and obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders.

Management Development

I work independently and as a lead consultant in Link Consultancy, an OD specialist, helping managers to develop their professional, personal and interpersonal skills. My interests and skills are in facilitating team building, and developeng leadership skills. At an individual level I provide management development coaching to senior executives.
